Media Delivery Timeline: Standard photo and media assets are delivered within 24 hours (one business day) following the completion of the on-site appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: Any same-day shoot cancellations, time adjustments, or rescheduling requests will incur a flat $100 fee.
Property Access & Arrival Buffer: Photographers will wait up to 15 minutes at the listing location. If access to the property (via lockbox, key, homeowner, or agent) is not provided within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, a $100 fee will be applied, and the shoot must be rescheduled for a later time.
Property Readiness: Properties must be fully prepped, staged, and ready for media capture prior to the photographer's arrival. On-site styling or waiting for cleaners/staging will cut into the allocated shoot duration.
